The location:
Stafford Street - From Woollcombe Street down the hill to George Street.

The Course:
Course is to be run on the road with hay bales to form a winding track - to make it more entertaining for the audience and challenging for the drivers.
Jumps - The Open & Corporate classes will have compulsory jumps on the course, similar to last year. So build your cart Fast and Strong!
The Race Format
Two carts race at a time in a heat style event with multiple runs and end up in a final ‘knock out’ race.
Each team will have a push start - so start training!
The Team:
This is a team event - So get your crew together and do it as a team of at least 3!
Theme the hell out of it and make it fun!
Carts & Driver Safety:
Make sure your cart is strong, one of the main challenges is to make sure your cart lasts all day!
Bring tools and spares to ensure you can make it to the Grand Final!
Braking system - cart must have a sufficient brake system
Seating - 1 person
Max size - 1200mm x 2400mm - this is to be compliant for our course layout
Number of wheels - Minimum of 3 - no max
Wheel size - no restriction
No sharp edges that could hurt others etc - each cart will be checked before the race.
Open & Corporate require a roll bar behind driver’s head that is above the driver’s helmet! - A Frame is ok.
Driver Safety: All drivers must wear

Waiver: There will be a form to complete before race day that everyone in your team will need to sign.
Briefing: there is a compulsory team briefing before the racing begins.
